SamMobile has posted some Galaxy S5 specs. Let’s check it out!

The S5 will come in both plastic and metal body versions; the plastic S5 will costing around 650 euros and the metal (Galaxy F?) will cost around 800 euros.

It will have the Quad HD display (2560×1440 pixel resolution) and the screen size is likely to be 5.25″ as rumored. 16 mpix of camera has also been spotted (no info on optical image stabilization). The phone will come in two-versions as with older Samsung flagships, one with Exynos 6 and one with Snapdragon 805, one will LTE-enabled and the other are not. It will run Android KitKat 4.4 out of the box.

Other information such as internal memory, battery capacity, RAM, and other special features are still a mystery now.

The S5 is likely to be announced in mid-March in London, followed by the launch in early April.

SamMobile has also be able to confirm the other Galaxy S5 model family, the S5 mini and S5 Zoom. The S5 mini is a successor to the S4 mini, and the S5 Zoom is a successor of the S4 Zoom, of course. Both will have Super-AMOLED display (4.8″ display with qHD resolution on the S5 Zoom, the S5 mini is unknown), and will launched in somewhere in May or June.

Information above can be changed without notice, although SamMobile titled it as ‘confirmed’. We’ll keep you posted with an official statement.
